Growth Marketing Manager

As head of end to end paid campaign management I employ a strong focus on customer acquisition, remarketing, and retention strategy. I work to strategize and oversee budgeting for all ad spend and growth initiatives, including third-party vendors.

It is my responsibility to conceptualize, develop, execute, and analyze all Google Ads and Facebook campaigns to exceed all ROI and growth goals through thorough A/B testing. I work cross functionally with sales and product leadership to ensure the success of email and paid campaigns. I am also the Salesforce and Marketo administrator.

Significant Achievements Include:

Grew ThriveHive’s Perch App active user base by 5x from May ‘18 to June ‘18 through both organic and paid channels.

Decreased cost per lead by 23%, while increasing ARR contract value by 39% since Q2 2018.

Spearheading a marketing leads training program for all new sales representatives.
